Tina McDonald is the Owner and Certified Laser Technician at JustQuit Laser Therapy — and her passion for helping clients quit smoking is deeply personal. As a former smoker who tried countless conventional methods without success, it was a laser therapy treatment in Ontario that finally changed everything for her. That life-changing experience inspired Tina to bring the same hope and results to others, and since opening JustQuit in October 2013, she has been proudly helping clients reclaim their health and freedom from smoking and other addictions.

Mary Affleck, R.Ac., is a certified Acupuncturist registered with the Nova Scotia Chapter of the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada (CMAAC). A 2021 graduate of the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Bedford, NS, Mary brings a thoughtful, whole-person approach to every treatment. Drawing on a diverse range of techniques — including Acupuncture, Acupressure Massage, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) — she is skilled at identifying the root causes of her clients’ concerns and creating personalized care that supports lasting wellness.
